The Actua initiative attended the 25th Trobada empresarial del Pirineu

The 25th Trobada empresarial del Pirineu was held on 12th and 13th June in La Seu d’Urgell. For the occasion, the chairman of la Trobada, Mr. Ramon Roca, highlighted the rapid changes occurring in the business environment with a special focus on globalization and ICT since the birth of the meeting. The mayor of La Seu d’Urgell, Mr. Albert Batalla, wanted to highlight the growing participation and media attention of the meeting.

The event was organised around conferences and panel discussions with leading speakers in order to share experiences, learn and contribute. Entrepreneurship and economic issues were the main subjects.

Around 700 attendees participated in the conference, 100 of which approximately were from institutions and companies in Andorra. In this context, the Actua initiative, sponsor of la Trobada, took advantage of the event interacting with potential foreign investors, presenting Andorran economic openness and the works developed in the Actua clusters in order to enhance the economic diversification.

In such clusters, both andorran and foreign businessmen are welcome to participate. The Trobada is highly appreciated by Actua since it allows us to meet new contacts while reaffirming existing ones always in line with the Actua initiative’s strategy.
