The first requirement is seeking the prestige of the doctor, followed by medical infrastructure quality and competitive prices. Another destination for health tourism present at the conference was the Arab market. Ms. Ramia Kimrakji CEO of Royalty Consultants explained the importance of the patient / client treatment, beyond the medical services, taking into account their culture and their language.
During their stay at Fitur, the Minister of Tourism and Trade, Francesc Camp, with representatives of Actua and Andorra Turisme could make contacts with Spaincares and explain what is being done from the cluster of health and wellness in order to promote medical tourism in the Principality. Spaincares shared their experiences and how they came to create the cluster which now brings together more than 50 private hospitals in Spain, with spa centers and offices.
