Andorra Business has opened the call for the 6th edition of the Growth Program with the goal of continuing to strengthen Andorra’s business fabric and promote the sustainable growth of the country’s companies. This strategic initiative offers personalized support, specialized training, and high-value mentoring to a maximum of 15 selected companies.
The program, now established as a key tool for the scalability and professionalization of Andorran businesses, will last nine months and be divided into two distinct phases: an initial diagnostic and selection phase (April – July), followed by an implementation phase (September – April).
A Tailored Growth Plan and Over 70 Hours of Expert Support
Each selected company will receive a personalized Growth Plan, designed based on a prior analysis and diagnosis phase. The plan will include:
- 40 hours of individual mentoring in key areas such as:
- Marketing (digital and traditional)
- Sales and international commercialization
- Finances
- Estratègia, organització i lideratge
- 30 hours of group training delivered by top-tier experts in the program’s core areas
- Over 9 hours of complementary sessions on innovative or cross-cutting business development topics
In total, companies will receive over 70 hours of specialized knowledge, with an estimated value of €15,000 per participant. The cost for selected companies will be €800 + IGI (Andorran VAT), reflecting institutional commitment to economic promotion.
In this regard, the organization’s director, Judit Hidalgo, explained that the program “forms part of Andorra Business’s business promotion strategy, aiming to boost competitiveness, innovation, and the opening of new markets for local companies,” and she highlighted that “since its creation, it has helped transform various Andorran companies, preparing them to successfully face the current challenges of the global economy.”
