The closing of the fifth edition of the Growth Program, promoted by Andorra Business to foster the growth and competitiveness of the country’s companies, took place on Tuesday evening. During the event, diplomas were awarded to the representatives of the 16 participating companies, who successfully completed an intensive process of training and business mentoring.
The Secretary of State for Business, Economic Diversification and Innovation, Marc Saura, highlighted “the quality and commitment of the participating companies, which demonstrates that the Andorran entrepreneurial ecosystem is increasingly solid, innovative, and ambitious.” He also noted that “programs like Growth are a direct boost to the competitiveness and positioning of Andorran companies both within and outside the country.”
The fifth edition of the program included over 70 hours of specialized training and 40 hours of personalized mentoring in strategic areas such as marketing, sales and internationalization, finance, and business leadership. Since its inception, the Growth Program has trained more than a hundred professionals in the country, with an average participant rating of 4.3 out of 5.
The director of Andorra Business, Judit Hidalgo, emphasized “the value these initiatives have for the national business fabric and their capacity to generate tangible results in business growth and transformation in an increasingly demanding market.”
Finally, it was announced that the call for the sixth edition of the Growth Program will open on April 16th, reaffirming Andorra Business’s commitment to supporting business development, innovation, and excellence.
